Cordillera coffee is a washed coffee process, using selective harvesting practices and fermentation practices. It comes from the production of mixed male and female producers, who are partners in the production of coffee beans.
Washed coffee beans from the new harvest are sun-dried and shade-dried. Well developed, maintained in good, uniform shape.

Our coffee is obtained through selective harvesting and wet processing, dried on trays under solar tents, stored in polypropylene bags and pallets, and processed in a certified plant.
